Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address and name from Google sign-in, or an anonymous ID if you use guest mode.
• Profile: age, gender, height, weight, goal, activity level and nutrition targets, used to set your daily goals and synced to our servers so they survive a reinstall.
• Meal log: foods, portions and nutrition you log. It is stored on your phone. With Pro, a copy is backed up to our servers so you can restore it.
• Meal photos and descriptions: sent to our server and an AI model to estimate nutrition. We don't store the photo. It stays on your phone.
• Weight and progress photos: weight entries sync to our servers. Progress photos stay on your phone.
• Closed-test sign-ups: name, email, country and phone model you enter on this site, and any feedback you send.
• Usage and crash data: which screens you use and error reports, so we can fix problems.

Who processes it

We use Google Firebase for sign-in and analytics, Microsoft Azure for our servers, database and AI processing, RevenueCat and Google Play for subscriptions, PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for crash reports. They process data only to provide those services to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.

Deleting your data

Email mishika.techno@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete your account, profile, backed-up meals and any closed-test records within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your phone.

Health information

NutriPixel gives estimates to help you track what you eat. It is not medical advice.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and tell closed testers by email about anything significant.
